People - Process - Profit

Our business model is unique to our industry because many consulting firms do two things that we want to avoid:  overcomplicating issues and treating their clients as customers compared to partners.  We are focused on long term relationships with our partners as well as developing solutions that are easily understand and easily implemented.  These long term relationships with partners will be supplemented by our web database which keeps a personal profile of each client and the matters discussed with them.
 
People:  Before process and before profit; businesses main assets are its’ people.  Eureka! has extensive experience in evaluating current employees, interviewing (some members have interviewed over 1,000 individuals), and developing leaders.  Focusing on getting the right people on board will allow new principles and processes to be implemented quicker as well as increasing their overall effectiveness.  Our leadership coaching allows us to work with our partners to increase the effectiveness of their leaders.  We approach this through multiple angles including but not limited to presence training, public speaking, understanding employee motivation and psychology, incentive programs, and more.  Our strong commitment to partner value also stems from the People area as we are committed to our “people” aka our partners.

Process:  Many business owners go about their daily operation the same way every day because they don’t know any better.  “It is the way we have always done it.”  Unfortunately this method will always yield the same results. Eureka! understands that separating oneself from the process in order to evaluate it is a very challenging task.  Process encompasses many aspects, such as internet presence, operational logistics, operational methods, current network issues, business plans, business strategy, market segmentation, marketing and advertising efforts to name a few.  Depending on the business, process is a very tailored focus that Eureka! can develop specifically for the partner. 

Profit:  The main objective of a business is to turn a profit.  Many business owners understand this basic concept but lack the proper planning and/or knowledge to generate the profit they would like to.  Eureka! engages this challenge through multiple methods including evaluation of current methods of obtain materials, advertising costs and tracking, internet costs, process costs, and most importantly just measures of accountability to track and gauge where the partner stands.  Once measures have been created Eureka! can then focus on improving those measures in order for them to become more effective.
